LIFESTYLE MENTORING
Nancy is a lifestyle mentor, supporting you to live your best life. She incorporates her experience and knowledge of Yoga, Ayurveda, Breathwork, Qi Gong and Tantra.
Her approach is holistic and brings to light the relationship between the physical body, and our emotional and spiritual beings.
Each session honors the intention and needs of the client and includes breathwork, mediation, and some embodiment practice. Through her intuitive wisdom, and loving presence she brings awareness to all that is unresolved and suggests ways to restore greater alignment, harmony and purpose. Nancy meets clients where they are, while encouraging them to explore their edges, looking at ways to move beyond fear and perceived limitations.

For decades I have been studying Ayurveda and yoga. It wasn’t until I took a deeper dive into breathwork and developed a daily sadhana practice that my life shifted. The searching for happiness stopped, the suffering and discontent vanished.
