Many of the breath practices I offer come from Kundalini Yoga. A path of yoga that combines meditation with powerful and effective breathing techniques that help us move through emotional blocks and stagnation. These are called Kriyas and each one is an opportunity to enliven, direct, and stabilize energy where you want it. No matter what you are facing you can find a kriya to help you overcome that challenge and obstacle. For example, there are kriyas to aid digestion, enhance vitality, clear blocked energy in the throat, balance, and stabilize the mind to unhook from distraction and come into a more connected place.
From this stillness, we tap into a higher potential. Kriyas are a fast and dynamic way to elevate yourself and reach your next level of potential in life.
