Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased from Nancy Medwell may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt of items, provided they are in their original condition including tags and packaging. Refunds will be issued after receipt of items. Adjustments of fees may be necessary for certain exchanges and will be calculated accordingly.

Please note: All return/exchange shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. Nancy Medwell is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.
