Establishing practices of self-care, and daily routines keep us balanced, nourished, vibrant, and able to be fully present for what life offers.  These practices are essential to sharing our best selves each day.

AWARENESS FROM THE INSIDE OUT

I am delighted to welcome you to Awareness from the Inside Out, a 4-week immersion course I designed to set you on a lifetime path of resilience.

Develop new habits, release stuck energy in your body, mind, and spirit, and enter a new state of being.

For decades I have been studying Ayurveda and yoga. It wasn’t until I took a deeper dive into breathwork and developed a daily sadhana practice that my life shifted.  The searching for happiness stopped, the suffering and discontent vanished.   

I want the same for you. I have specifically designed this course with pivotal habits and practices to cultivate and express the innate wisdom within. 

WEEK ONE - CREATING TIME AND SPACE IN YOUR LIFE

In week one we will discover how energy shifts when you choose to create a sacred space to return to each morning.  Look at it as a date with the divine within you. 

WEEK TWO - STEPPING INTO VIBRANT HEALTH

In week two you will learn to  replace old habits with the wisdom of Ayurveda-the ancient science of self-reliant healing  and step into a radiant state of health

WEEK THREE - UNLOCKING YOUR DEEPEST DESIRE

Are you tired of feeling lonely and sad in your primary relationships?

In week three you will discover how breathing into your heart space releases stored emotions and shifts your disconnection into one of compassionate presence.

When you show up to love yourself each day you show up fully to love those around you.

WEEK FOUR - TRANSFORMING OVERWHELM TO CONTENTMENT

Would you like to make changes but it seems too difficult?

In Week four discover the power of tuning into your senses. Each day orientate your awareness by making choices that bring more ease into your life. Easeful living is about showing up every day on purpose, from a connected, open inner space.

COURSE SCHEDULE

AUGUST 1st - 31st

Intro and Welcome Sessions - Sunday, August 1st, 8 PM on zoom

Every Monday throughout the month  live on zoom at 8 AM (PST)

Live Sadhana Practice Session Thursday, August. 5th, 8 AM on zoom.

 

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Live sessions

  • Six Live Sessions on zoom (link sent upon registration).

  • August 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd 

It is important to show up for the live sessions. I am invested in you getting the most from this course and there is a powerful energy that emerges through being a part of this intimate group. Limited to 8.   Recordings will be provided of the live sessions if you are unable to attend.

These sessions will include a discussion of the week's focus, breath practices, gentle yoga sequences, and meditation.   

Our first session will be a welcome call to introduce the course, ourselves, and our intentions for the month. This call will be Sunday, Aug. 1st at 8 pm.

On Thursday, Aug 5th I will lead us through a powerful heart-centered practice to unfold levels of awareness and feel into our future self.

FAQS

Can I still participate if I have little or no experience with yoga?

Absolutely.   I have intentionally chosen gentle yoga sequences that can be modified.

How much time will I need to reserve each day to get results?

20- 45 minutes.  Consistency is the key to experiencing transformation.

Will you be offering this again?

Yes, my intention is to offer this course at the beginning of every other month.
